Whilst we fully support the Royal Mail workers who are striking, we wanted to make you aware of the following strike dates.

Post will be disrupted during this time.

New national strike action dates announced by the CWU but have not been formally notified:

  • Thursday 24th November
  • Friday 25th November
  • Wednesday 30th November
  • Thursday 1st December
  • Friday 9th December 
  • Sunday 11th December

To avoid any delays Royal Mail advises ordering as early as possible.

Last Christmas Posting Dates

Here are the last recommended postage dates*.

To beat the Christmas rush, make sure you order before the recommended last posting date.

During December, we aim to post within 1-2 working days of receiving your order. However, some items are handmade so check this before you order!


12pm Friday 17 December  1st Class
12pm Thursday 18 December  2nd Class (saver delivery)


Monday 28 November Australia, New Zealand and China (People’s Republic)
Friday 2 December Caribbean (Except British Virgin Islands, Dominica & Anguilla – last date 7th October)
Thursday 1 December Africa, Asia (except China, People’s Republic) Central and South America, Far and Middle East
Friday 2 December Cyprus and Malta
Saturday 3 December Greece, Eastern Europe (except Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia) and Turkey
Monday 5 December Czech Republic, Finland, Italy, Poland, Sweden, USA and Canada
Wednesday 7 December Austria, Denmark, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain and Switzerland
Friday 9 December Belgium, France and Luxembourg
